Some roofs are too high to walk safely. Others are too fragile to walk at all — old clay tile, slate, a steep pitch after a Front Range hailstorm. I fly those instead, using a camera-mounted drone to get an up-close look at any issues or defects that would otherwise go uninspected. Same detail, same photographs in your report, and nobody puts a boot through a hundred-year-old tile to get it. It’s included at no extra charge on every inspection.
