After calling several inspection companies, I've decided to go with NextStep Inspections. Price is very competitive compared to other ones out there. I recommend asking the company how much they charge for each services, some will charge you just by them flying a drone to check the roof and this company includes it in the price. We bought a newly built house and Dan was very thorough with his inspection. He included even the very minor details in his report in which I like. There was even a dent on the garage door that we missed as it was so hard to see with your naked eye. Thanks to the clear photos he took, we were able to mention it to the contractor and they are now replacing the panel before we move in to our new house. I highly recommend Nextstep Inspections.
